TLC 

Capital City Civitan is committed to making a difference in the lives of those closest to us - the people in need within our own community in Raleigh and we have supported TLC (formerly known as Tammy Lynn Center) for decades.

TLC offers education, residential and family support services to children and adults with special needs. The Center's goal is to provide the individuals it serves the opportunity to maximize their abilities in a loving, nurturing environment.  Capital City Civitan has supplied the Center with arts and crafts supplies for activities.
